    The numbers 7 and 30 show up as symbols throughout the musical, "The Rainbow Academy," so even before recording the cast album I knew I wanted to share something on the date 7/30. 7 represents the colors of the rainbow, and 30 represents divinity in correlation with a poem referenced in the musical. Characters Travis and Matt try to connect with their inner divinity and overcome internalized homophobia through this ballad, seeking to realize what it means to be whole.

    I've taken a long break from serious editing of the final mix of the musical cast recording, but wanted to share a small portion today. I've been learning to align with myself, find divinity in new and old places, and try to allow myself to be whole. I'll let you know when the full cast recording is done, but for now, please enjoy "Align" :)
